Origin: Uruapan,  Michoacán, Mexico.
 

Synonyms:

  • Mammillaria matudae Bravo 1956
  • Mammillaria compacticaulis Repp. 1987

 


The flowers are dark magenta and  appear in a ring through the crown of the plant in June.
