Pelecyphora aselliformis cristata (clone B wide form)
The particularity of this beautiful clone is that it will branch basally with age, however all the individual shoots at first are normal (not crested) but  when they enlarge  the apical meristem expands and finally all develop a wide and beautiful crest.

Cultivation: This plant  is relatively easy to cultivate when grafted but very slow growing. Requires strong sun to part sun to develop good spinal growth and to keep the plant compact. Assure a good ventilation.

Propagation: It is often grafted because difficult and slow to grow on its own roots.
