Delivery:
Plants will be distributed by mail at any time of the year
unless the weather is particularly cold, we recommend delaying transit so that
low temperatures will not be encountered. We try to send the orders out as quickly as
possible. Orders are dealt with in strict rotation,
usually the same day we receive your payment
(except in very cold
weather or to allow plants to dry out if just watered. In this case and in very
busy period the wait can be of a week or more). Delivery time expected is up to
7-12
days from dispatch date.
NOTA BENE: Plants are despatched at the customers risk!
parcel are forwarded as
registered and (if request) as insured mail.
The cost of the
insurance is 5% of the plants value.
We'll not reimburse the value of the parcels not ensured (if lost for errors of
the postal service).

Plants: The plants will be
send bare roots and clean of most soil without pots and securely packed. Our plants are suitable
to a 5-5.5 cm pot and aged minimum of two years. All plants offered
are
in good order, healthy and
vigorous, they are checked carefully for
pests.
I send the best samples available at the time,
I personally choose each plant for every order . This list contains plants grown from
seed as well as vegetative propagations and grafting cultivation.
Sending plants in their pot:
If you desire your plants to be sent in their pots I do offer this service at a
cost of € 0.50 per plant in addition to the usual price.

I will not substitute any
species unless requested.
NOTA BENE:
Very rare plants, at our option, are limited to 1 specimen per order.
If not satisfied:
Plants are sold in good faith. For
any reason, if you are not satisfied that your plants are what you
ordered, I will replace or full refund these plants if returned within
10 days of receipt, in good condition.

Prices:
The prices quoted in this catalogue are
not static and can be changed during the year. Please verify the last up
to date list on in this site. The prices are quoted in Euros and remain
valid until order is received.

Order reservation
and acceptance:
Plants are reserved for you
for three weeks, then if payment is
not received, they are putted back in the sale stock for other customers. The completion of the contract
between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to
you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have
cancelled it.
