My name is
Zoltan Varga, I live in Hungary. I have been collecting
succulents for 20 years. I took part an botanical expedition
in Peru in the autumn of 2005. We drove 4500 km across the
Peruvian Andes during six weeks. I made a photo-DVD from
this travel. It includes about 4000 hi-res photos from
Peruvian cacti and landscapes This DVD orderable in my

climate of my city

very favourable. I mainly collect columnar species which are
grafted on Opuntia with a view to withstand negative
temperatures, but I also appreciate globular species. I sent
here some pictures recently taken in my greenhouse....

, I attached a photo of your Strombocactus
disciformis and my Turbinicarpus
hoferi crest, I can
imagine why they called hoferi a
Strombocactus species first! All plants do well, I love
the Strombo crest!... ....Yes you can use the photo's,
you can also use the photo of alonsoi crest and I can
send a photo of the krainzianus minimus crest. May be I can
add some or make better ones (have a much better camera now).
