Trichopsis hybrid cv. DIONE (Trichocereus x Echinopsis) is a very prolific and early bloomer.

Description: Flowers up to 15 cm in diameters and 20 cm long. Flowers bright lilac-carmine with reddish-lilac-coloured margins, paler pink midline, green-yellowish throat. The flowers open  in the morning, closing by mid morning, and can endure for two days (depending on temperature and sun exposure).

Throat yellowish-green, filaments red. Anthers and stigma pastel-white.
