slow growing but strong Turbinicarpus hybrid  with colourfull yellow body.

A seed raised plant on its own roots.

 

Cultivation: Need a very well drained soil. Watering should be rather infrequent. The fact that the plant retracts into the soil  between watering, is perfectly natural and doesn’t cause any damage. It needs mild heat in winter, avoid any frost.
Exposures:
need full sun but should be protected from excessive heat and sun in summer.

Propagation: From seed which is seldom available, or (usually) by grafting.
