Synonym: Dwarfing, Stunting, Underdevelopment

Underdevelopment of a cell, tissue or plant due to abnormally reduced cell enlargement, and morphologic features are undergrown.

Weight and size lower than expected for age, due to abnormally reduced enlargement of cells to a normal size, and hence tissues, organs on changes from previous growth.
