A beautiful crest grafted on a very short Opuntia compressa stock

 

Description: G. mexicana cristata is a beautiful dwarf plant with a colourful brown-orangish dark body.

Cultivation: Grow very slowly.  These plant tolerate extremely bright situations  but are likely to suffer from sun scorch or stunted growth if over exposed to direct sunlight during the hottest part of the day in summer.
 

Propagation: Gafting or cuttings
